Our Easter special has been decided on! This year we are offering two amazing treats. Our coconut chiffon cake is three fluffy layers of coconut chiffon separated by our rich and flavorful toasted coconut custard, made from scratch, as always. We blanket the entire cake in a creamy home-made vanilla bean whipped cream frosting. Then, to top it all off, we decorate with toasted coconut flakes around the edge.
